THG DEBATING CLUB WINS DEBATING ROUND 6 AGAINST ANDREAE GYMNASIUM HERRENBERG

THG Debating Club has won the last round of six rounds of this year’s Junior League debating competition against Andreae Gymnasium Herrenberg. Participating as speakers were Clara Mohrenweiser, Maria Mazuronak and Theresa Müller winning the prepared debate on the motion: THW ban the breeding of wild animals for petting programmes at zoos.

Once again, the session was held in an online zoom-conference. Nevertheless our debaters successfully defended their cause against the opposite team. After all, our proud debaters have won one third of all debates this season, even though our opponents were very strong and competitive. Find out what happens with our debaters and their winning rate next year, as they will join Senior League and face even tougher competitors.
